There’s something quite endearing about smaller cities. Whether you’re on your way to Seaside for a weekend or you’re planning on staying for longer, it won’t take you long to fall in love with this destination. In fact, with so many fantastic things to do and impressive sights to see, you might not want to leave!

Some of the outdoor activities include golf at Bayonet Gold Course. The Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course was constructed by General Robert B. McClure in 1954. It was established on Fort Ord, the heart of the City of Seaside.

Due to Bayonet’s initial acclaim, Fort Ord decided to expand the course and in 1964 a second 18-hole championship course was officially opened – Black Horse. If you love golf and want to test how good your swingarm is, then this challenging yet fun course might interest you. It’s a great golf course with nice and long fairways and plenty of room.
