Whether representing buyers, sellers, or investors, Susan Bianchi brings decades of experience and expertise to every client. She really knows her way around the Monterey Peninsula — it’s been her home for more than 25 years as she’s served Carmel, Monterey, Pebble Beach, and Big Sur.
 
Having grown up in a military family, Susan understands every facet of what buying and selling a home means. Becoming a Realtor® was the culmination of a lifelong fascination with real estate and a talent for connecting people to help them get where they’re going. She credits her experience as an executive recruiter for her knowledge of real estate finance and mortgages. Working in the building industry gave her an even deeper understanding of what goes into every property.
 
The most important element of any real estate is the people, and Susan prides herself on creating a client-centric experience for every buyer, seller, and investor. She empowers them with timely data, leveraging state-of-the-art technology and marketing savvy to enable them to make confident decisions. In the process, she builds long-lasting relationships that have brought a strong base of referrals to her clientele. To her, that’s the highest compliment of all.
 
Away from work, Susan enjoys hiking, walks along the beach, and watching her two sons make their way in the world. One of her sons graduated from college and is a loan officer in Southern California; the other is a business student at the University of Colorado.
